After the success of our retreat in 2021, this year our School will host a 5 Day Meditation Retreat open for all practitioners and students.
The aim of our retreat is to cultivate an environment for advancing our spiritual work without many of the daily distractions that we have become accustomed to.
Retreats are a powerful way for students and aspiring learners to improve their meditation skills, self-observation, and self-comprehension.
At the retreat we will learn how to advance our meditation practice, and other techniques that will help cultivate superlative consciousness connected to the Being.
The aim of our retreats is to achieve a spiritual goal, whether it is internal development of a psychological or esoteric type. The main point is to learn how to focus the flow of life which flows within the Essence.
When people come back from a retreat they need to have experienced self-knowledge of the consciousness. Our retreats are structured to help people change, so that they can come out being better and more awake - - that is the definition of practical spiritual work.

How many guests will be in each room?

Answer:

Accommodation comprises a variety of units and each room accommodates two people. All bedrooms are en-suit with queen size beds, and there are single beds which can be converted to a king-size bed.

I am a beginner, can I attend the retreat?

Answer:

The retreat is open for everyone. Students will receive instruction appropriate for them, what matters most is the aspiration to learn through our own meditation experiences.

Is the food vegetarian?

Answer:

Once you have registered and booked a place your dietary preference will also be submitted to the retreat center to ensure your food choices are catered for.

Question:

Where are the activities held, outdoors or indoors?

Answer:

We will have a schedule of activities for each day of the retreat, starting with early morning meditation. There will also be free time allocated during the day; and activities will be held both indoors and outdoors.

Additional Information

Accommodation is offered for limited people in fully en-suite bedrooms, which have queen-size beds, or 2 single beds.
All bathrooms have a bath and outdoor shower facilities.
The Lodge is self-catering, situated on the banks of the Crocodile River between the Malelane and Crocodile Bridge entrance gates to the Kruger National Park.
The living area is open plan and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and ice machine and a dishwasher.
Items recommended to bring along include a torch, binoculars, sunscreen, a good book, wild card (if guests have one), camera, hat and medical supplies.
